Legionella Risk Assessment
It is a legal requirement for landlords or the person who is responsible for the water system at the property to provide a Legionella Risk Assessment. They have a legal duty to ensure that any risk of exposure to legionella is properly assessed. Legionella is found naturally in freshwater, but can contaminate water systems (water tanks). Landlords are responsible for keeping their properties safe and free from health hazards and when it comes to legionella, this means assessing the risks and taking measures to control them, if necessary. At Contract Heating we provide a range of Legionella Control Services including Legionella Risk Assessments. We are members of the Legionella Control Association (LCA) and are qualified to conduct these services at your property.
